The downloadable downtown-baltimore.json file is the reduced geographic database used by the game. You may copy, distribute and adapt this database under ODbL 1.0. The original OSM data is available from OpenStreetMap; the game extract was retrieved on October 13, 2026 through https://overpass-api.de/api/interpreter .

Extent: 39.276 to 39.302 north, -76.628 to -76.596 east.
Named street centerlines and real building footprints were selected. Smaller footprints were omitted except around Battery Avenue beside Federal Hill. Redundant polygon vertices were simplified by under 1.2 metres, and the complete Northwest Harbor multipolygon was clipped to the game extent. Tagged building heights are used where available. Untagged heights, elevated vertical scale, surface materials, damaged props, and playable mission/shop locations are artistic game choices. This map is not for navigation.

The painted bitmap material atlas and game artwork are separate original works; this geographic database license does not license those assets.

Federal Hill terrain uses nine elevation point estimates from USGS The National Map EPQS / 3DEP, https://apps.nationalmap.gov/epqs/ , retrieved October 13, 2026. Their source URLs and elevations are included in the terrain field. This is artistic interpolation from sampled anchors, not a complete DEM or survey. Building roofs and markers follow the interpolated local grade.
